  3. The berries in the top photo obviously aren't acai (which is produced by a species of palm). The second photo might really be the right berries but they might also be something different, and the included leaves definitely are much too small to be from an acai tree. A lot of stock photography sites mislabel many of their photos of plants/fruits.
